Fur Quests Devlog 2023-04-27


Hello, dungeoneers! Pug here!

And welcome back to another Fur Quests update, although it's a bit late this time around. We've been hard at work on some more complicated features than we've ever tackled before, including more intricate quests and game mechanics. Unfortunately, that means we've had to deal with a lot more complicated bugs too.

So it will still be a while before the interior of Cliffshade is ready for non-backers, while we test and implement new features like the new action point system, which will help pace certain story beats in the finished game.


The system isn't fully implemented yet, but after experimenting with a few upcoming quests, we think it has a lot of potential, and I look forward to delving more into it later.

Additionally, we're proud to say that our 3D modeling progress is starting to show some great results!


We've nearly completed Mork the Goblin, based on one of the earliest illustrations that Fae created for Fur Quests. And to further hone our skills, we plan to create more random mobs like Mork before we try tackling the main characters.

Now if you will excuse me, I pulled an all-nighter to crush as many critical bugs as I could find, so I am going to get some sleep.
